- Whipping Cream - 117g
- Corn Starch - 7g
Procedure:
- Oven, 420 Fahrenheit (= 215 Celsius), 35 min
Pistachio Glaze
Ingredients:
- Whipping Cream - 100g
- Sugar/Sweetener - 20g (not strictly)
- Pistachio Cream - 15g (not strictly)
Procedure:
- Keep stirring by hand until foamy
