Pistachio Basque

Ingredients:

  1. Cream Cheese - 227g
  2. Sugar/Sweetener - 50g (not strictly)
  3. 2 Eggs
  4. 1 Yolk
  5. Pistachio Cream - 25g (not strictly)
  6. Whipping Cream - 117g
  7. Corn Starch - 7g

Procedure:

  1. Oven, 420 Fahrenheit (= 215 Celsius), 35 min

Pistachio Glaze

Ingredients:

  1. Whipping Cream - 100g
  2. Sugar/Sweetener - 20g (not strictly)
  3. Pistachio Cream - 15g (not strictly)

Procedure:

  1. Keep stirring by hand until foamy
